Anointed Hands Massage & Pilates Studio

Welcome to Anointed Hands Massage & Pilates Studio (“Anointed Hands,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing our website, booking appointments, purchasing services or memberships, or visiting our studio, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General Use of Website

  • This website provides information about our services, classes, memberships, and studio policies.

  • All content—including text, images, brand materials, pricing, and design—is the property of Anointed Hands and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.

  • We reserve the right to update website content, pricing, or policies at any time.

2. Booking & Appointments

2.1 Online Booking

All services, classes, and appointments must be booked through our online scheduling system (Vagaro). You are responsible for selecting the correct service and ensuring your contact details are accurate.

2.2 Intake Forms

All new clients must complete required intake forms before receiving services. Failure to complete forms may delay or cancel your appointment.

2.3 Late Arrivals

Arriving late may shorten your session out of consideration for the next client. Full payment is still required.

3. Cancellation & No-Show Policies

3.1 Massage & Private Pilates

A 24-hour notice is required for all cancellations or rescheduling.

3.2 Semi-Private Classes

A 12-hour notice is required.

3.3 Fees & Loss of Session Credit

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in being charged the full service fee or losing the session credit.

  • Repeated no-shows may result in suspension of booking privileges.

4. Payments, Refunds & Expirations

4.1 Accepted Payments

We accept major credit and debit cards. A 25% deposit is due at the time of booking unless stated otherwise.

4.2 Refunds

  • All sales are final.

  • Services, classes, intro offers, and memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable, except for memberships which allow session sharing with family/friends.

4.3 Expiration Dates

Packages and session bundles may have expiration dates. Please refer to the specific package details before purchasing.

4.4 Gift Cards

Gift cards are final sale, non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

5. Membership Terms

Purchasing a membership constitutes agreement to the following:

5.1 Commitment Period

  • Massage memberships: 12-month term with a minimum 3-month active commitment.

  • Pilates memberships: Monthly auto-renew with a minimum 3-month active commitment.

5.2 Auto-Renewal

Memberships automatically renew every 4 weeks unless canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy.

5.3 Session Rollover

Unused sessions roll over as long as the membership remains active.

5.4 Sharing Sessions

Members may share their sessions with family or friends.

5.5 Canceling a Membership

  • Memberships may be canceled after the 3-month minimum commitment.

  • A written request is required at least 14 days before your next billing date.

  • Early termination fee of $50

6. Studio Policies

6.1 Health & Safety

Clients must disclose relevant health information to ensure safe, appropriate service. We reserve the right to refuse service if a condition is contraindicated.

6.2 Hygiene Requirements

All clients must maintain proper personal hygiene. If a client presents a hygiene concern or contagious illness, services may be refused for safety.

6.3 Infrared Sauna Add-On

  • The sauna is offered only as a massage add-on, not as a stand-alone service.

  • Clients must follow the provided guidelines for safe use.

  • No showers are available on-site; clients are responsible for personal cleanup using provided towels.

6.4 Minors

  • Massage: Clients must be 18+ unless accompanied by a parent/guardian.

  • Pilates: Minors may participate with parental consent.

7. Pilates Class Policies

7.1 Attire & Safety

Grip socks are recommended for all semi-private classes. Proper attire is required for safety and equipment use.

7.2 Class Participation Requirements

If a client has an injury or medical condition, they must notify the instructor before class.

7.3 Instructor Right to Modify or Decline Participation

For safety reasons, the instructor may modify exercises or recommend private lessons if a client needs more individualized support.

8. Promotions & Intro Offers

8.1 Intro Packages

Intro offers are already discounted and cannot be combined with other promotions.

8.2 Seasonal Sales

Promotional offers may run for limited periods and may change at any time.

8.3 Price Changes

We reserve the right to adjust pricing for services and memberships at any time. Price changes will not affect services already purchased.

9. Privacy Policy Summary

By booking, you consent to the storage of your information within Vagaro and within our secure client records. We do not sell or share your personal data. Full privacy details can be found in our Privacy Policy page.

10. Disclaimer

  • Massage therapy and Pilates training are not substitutes for medical treatment.

  • You should consult a physician before beginning any new exercise program or if you have health concerns.

  • Results vary based on individual wellness needs, consistency, and health conditions.

11. Limitation of Liability

By receiving services or participating in classes, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks and agree that Anointed Hands, its owner, and staff are not liable for injuries, losses, or damages arising from participation, except in cases of proven negligence.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website or services indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
