About anointed hands

At Anointed Hands, we believe feeling better in your body starts with consistent, supported movement. Our approach is centered around Pilates—helping you build strength, improve mobility, and move with more ease over time. Massage therapy is thoughtfully integrated to reduce tension, support recovery, and enhance your overall progress.

This is a space where consistency is encouraged, progress is recognized, and your wellness journey is supported every step of the way.

Discover Anointed Hands

In this short studio spotlight, you’ll get a feel for the heart behind our work—how we support your body through movement, consistency, and care. Many of our clients begin with Pilates classes and build from there, adding massage or private sessions as needed.

Meet our founder, Erica Vinson

Erica Vinson, LMT and certified Pilates instructor, has been supporting clients through therapeutic massage since 2007 and teaching Pilates since 2018. She leads with Pilates as the foundation, integrating massage therapy to support recovery, reduce pain, and improve overall movement.

As the founder of Anointed Hands in Brown Deer, Erica has created a calm, supportive environment where clients can reconnect with their bodies and build a consistent wellness practice. Her approach meets each person where they are — guiding them toward greater ease, balance, and confidence in everyday movement and life.
