What services do you offer?

We specialize in integrated wellness through massage therapy and Pilates training. Services include therapeutic massage with premium add-ons, private Pilates lessons, semi-private Pilates classes, and wellness-focused membership options.

Where are you located?

Our boutique studio is located in Brown Deer, WI, serving the greater North Shore area. Full address and parking details are available on the Home page.

Do you accept walk-ins?

No. All sessions and classes are by appointment only to ensure personalized, high-quality care.

Booking & Policies

How do I book a service or class?

All appointments are booked through our Vagaro scheduling system, where you can select your service, view availability, and complete required intake forms.

What is your cancellation policy?

  • Massage & Private Pilates: 24-hour notice

  • Semi-Private Classes: 12-hour notice

Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee or the loss of a session credit.

Do I need to complete an intake form?

Yes. All new clients complete our Integrated Wellness Intake Form before their first visit to ensure safe and personalized care.

Can I reschedule my appointment?

Yes—appointments can be rescheduled through your Vagaro account as long as it’s done before the cancellation window closes.

Massage Therapy

What type of massage do you provide?

We offer a therapeutic, integrative approach tailored to your needs, blending techniques for relaxation, pain relief, stretching, and deeper work when appropriate.

What massage add-ons do you offer?

Enhancements include Infrared Sauna, Magnetic Reflexology, Hot Stones, Jade Stone Face Massage and more! Add-ons are selected during booking or can be added at the start of your session.

Is the infrared sauna available as a stand-alone service?

No. The infrared sauna is only offered as a massage add-on and is not a separate service.

What should I wear during my massage?

You may undress to your comfort level. Professional draping is maintained at all times.

Is aromatherapy included?

Yes—aromatherapy is complimentary with every massage.

Pilates Training

What is the difference between private and semi-private Pilates?

  • Private Pilates Lessons: One-on-one individualized training

  • Semi-Private Classes: Small-group equipment sessions with personalized coaching (up to four participants), using the Pilates Reformer, Tower, Chair, or Mat depending on the session design

I’m new to Pilates. Where should I start?

Both options help you build confidence, strength, and familiarity with the equipment.

What should I wear?

Comfortable movement-friendly clothing and grip socks (recommended for safety on the equipment).

Do I need previous experience?

No. Our semi-private classes welcome all experience levels and offer individualized guidance within a supportive environment.

Memberships & Packages

Do memberships require a commitment?

Yes.

  • Massage Memberships: 12-month membership with a minimum 3-month active commitment

  • Private Pilates Memberships: Monthly auto-renew with a minimum 3-month active commitment

  • Semi-Private Pilates Memberships: Same monthly commitment with priority booking

Do sessions roll over?

Yes. As long as your membership remains active, sessions roll over.

Can I share my sessions with someone else?

Yes. Massage and Pilates sessions can be shared with family or friends.

Are intro packages eligible for promotions or discounts?

No. All intro packages are already discounted and are excluded from additional promotions.

Payments & Promotions

What payment methods do you accept?

All major credit and debit cards processed securely through Vagaro.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes! Digital gift cards are available year-round and can be used toward any regular-priced service or class.

Do you offer discounts or promotions?

Seasonal promotions are offered occasionally. Intro offers and memberships follow fixed pricing and may not be eligible for additional discounting.

New Clients

When should I arrive for my first appointment?

Please arrive no earlier than 10 minutes. Intake forms are electronic and should be completed prior to your appointment.

I’m not sure whether to begin with Pilates or massage. What should I choose?
