Refund Policy

Anointed Hands Massage & Pilates Studio
Effective Date: November 30, 2025

At Anointed Hands Massage & Pilates Studio, we are committed to providing high-quality wellness services and a seamless client experience. Please review our Refund Policy carefully before purchasing services, classes, memberships, gift cards, or packages.

1. All Sales Are Final

All payments for services, classes, memberships, packages, and add-ons are non-refundable.
Once purchased, items cannot be exchanged, refunded, or credited back to your form of payment.

This applies to:

  • Massage services

  • Pilates private lessons

  • Semi-private Pilates classes

  • Memberships

  • Intro offers

  • Packages & bundles

  • Add-ons (including infrared sauna)

  • Retail products

  • Gift cards

2. Services & Appointments

2.1 Missed Appointments

If you miss an appointment or cancel outside of the required cancellation window, the session will be forfeited and no refund will be issued.

2.2 Late Arrivals

Late arrivals may result in a shortened session; the full-service fee still applies.

3. Memberships

Purchasing a membership indicates your agreement to all membership terms, including auto-renewal and commitment periods.

3.1 Refunds

Membership fees are non-refundable, including:

  • Monthly charges

  • Unused sessions

  • Changes of schedule or availability

  • Partial billing periods

3.2 Session Rollovers

Sessions roll over only while the membership is active.
If the membership is canceled or expires, unused sessions are forfeited and are not eligible for a refund.

3.3 Session Sharing

Members may share their sessions with family or friends; this does not change the non-refundable nature of membership fees.

4. Packages & Intro Offers

All packages—including Intro to Pilates, Wellness Starter Pack, and any massage or Pilates bundles—are non-refundable and non-transferable, with the exception that active members may share sessions with family/friends.

Packages may have expiration dates.
Expired credits are not eligible for refunds.

Intro offers cannot be:

  • Refunded

  • Extended

  • Discounted

  • Transferred

5. Gift Cards

Gift cards are final sale and cannot be:

  • Refunded

  • Redeemed for cash

  • Replaced if lost or stolen (unless proof of purchase is provided)

Digital gift cards must be used toward services or classes at regular price unless otherwise stated.

6. Retail Products

All retail product sales (e.g., aromatherapy items, self-care products, grip socks) are final and cannot be returned or refunded.

7. Class & Service Credits

Class or service credits issued as part of a promotion, giveaway, or compromise are:

  • Non-transferable

  • Non-refundable

  • Subject to expiration dates

These credits hold no cash value.

8. Special Events & Workshops

Payments for workshops, pop-up classes, and special events are non-refundable, unless the event is canceled by Anointed Hands.

If an instructor is replaced or a schedule is adjusted, the event is still considered final sale unless cancelled.

9. Studio-Initiated Cancellations

If Anointed Hands must cancel a class or service due to illness, emergency, or other circumstances:

  • The client will receive a credit to reschedule the service

  • Refunds are not issued, but the credit will remain valid for a reasonable period
