Our Classes

At Anointed Hands, our Pilates classes are designed to support every body — from beginners building a foundation to athletes enhancing performance. With small-group equipment sessions limited to four participants, you’ll receive personalized guidance while enjoying the motivation of a community setting. Whether you’re looking to improve core strength, flexibility, and balance or simply reduce stress and move with greater ease, our classes blend mindful movement with expert instruction to help you reach your wellness goals. For added value and consistency, class packages are available to support your ongoing practice.

Reformer – Beginner: Build a strong Pilates foundation with core engagement, alignment, and mindful movement in a supportive setting.

Reformer – All Levels: Strengthen, lengthen, and tone your body with dynamic reformer sequences adaptable for every fitness level.

Mixed Equipment – All Levels: Experience variety and challenge using the Reformer, Tower, Chair, and props for full-body conditioning.

Restore + Massage: Melt away stress with restorative stretches enhanced by therapeutic massage for deep relaxation.

Partner Pilates: Strengthen your body and connection with a friend or loved one through guided partner-based Pilates exercises.
