Participants will concentrate on breath control, fluid movement, and the foundational principles of Pilates while executing the classical reformer sequence to achieve elongated and toned muscles.
Mixed Equipment is ideal for those who enjoy variety in their Pilates workout using a combination of the Reformer, Tower, Chair, Mat, and various barrels and props. This class offers a well-rounded experience that enhances strength, flexibility, and overall fitness.
Partner Pilates is a mat class that aims to strengthen both your body and your connection with your loved one. Invite your partner to share a unique workout experience. You are led through a variety of exercises that promote physical well-being while fostering relationship growth. No previous experience is required.
