Our Classes

It is highly recommended to take a Private Pilates Lesson prior to joining any small group class. Classes are suitable for all fitness levels, including beginners. Our group classes are not recommended for anyone with serious injuries or pregnant clients.

Reformer is a resistance-based Pilates class that utilizes weighted springs to engage all muscle groups, enhancing flexibility, balance, and strength. Participants will concentrate on breath control, fluid movement, and the foundational principles of Pilates while executing the classical reformer sequence to achieve elongated and toned muscles.

Mixed Equipment is ideal for those who enjoy variety in their Pilates workout using a combination of the Reformer, Tower, Chair, Mat, and various barrels and props. This class offers a well-rounded experience that enhances strength, flexibility, and overall fitness.
