Small group classes are designed for 2–4 participants to support an engaging and supportive experience.

If you’re booking solo, invite a friend or family member to join you!

At AHMP, class levels are based on movement readiness, equipment familiarity, and group flow—

not just previous fitness or Pilates experience. 

Our goal is to help every client feel challenged, supported, and successful in the environment best suited for their body and experience level.
