Experience a rejuvenating Pilates & Sound Healing session designed to harmonize body and mind. We will begin with a restorative Pilates mat class to unwind the body, followed by a healing sound bath featuring crystal bowls that promote relaxation and restore inner balance. All participants will receive a wellness gift bag. Light refreshments provided. Cost is $45 per person.

Participate in an engaging Pilates session alongside your loved one. This event aims to strengthen both your body and your connection. Invite your partner to share a unique workout experience. Erica will lead you through a variety of exercises that promote physical well-being while fostering relationship growth. No previous experience is required. Following the class, enjoy a complimentary glass of wine. Cost is $25 per person.

Don't miss this opportunity to relax and workout in the fresh air with us. Register through the recreation department at least one week prior to the start date. Cost is $25 for Brown Deer Residents.
